Refund & Cancellation
Last updated: 2026-05-24. Service operated by Vermilion Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This page describes the standard refund and cancellation policy for Watch Sale Prep paid subscriptions. It is not legal advice and does not mean the policy satisfies every law in every place.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions and are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal.
How to cancel
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, available from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period; quotas reset on the standard UTC monthly schedule and are not reset by cancellation.
Refund position
We generally do not provide partial-month refunds, except where required by law or where we choose to make a discretionary exception. If you believe you were charged in error or could not use a paid period because of a technical issue on our side, contact us through the Support pageand select “refund or cancellation” and we will review your request in good faith.
Generation credits
Each successful listing generation counts toward your monthly quota. Generations that fail because of a server error on our side do not count and may be automatically credited back where the application supports it. Skips when nothing materially changed may not count either; see Billing for your current usage.
Billing disputes and chargebacks
For invoices, billing changes, or perceived errors, contact us through the Support pageand select “billing.” If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, we may suspend or pause paid access for the related account until the dispute is resolved, in addition to any rights we have under Stripe or card-network rules.
Free tier and trials
The Free tier is provided without charge and does not generate refund obligations. We do not offer paid introductory trials or promotional auto-renew mechanics until we ship point-of-sale disclosure language and Stripe configuration reviewed for that product. If we add them later, terms will be shown at signup and on the Plans page before you pay.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. The current Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions in effect at the time of any billing or refund decision.
